The Osborne's Fairview Inn has been our vacation home for the last seventeen years.  We started vacationing here before we were married, continued through twenty six years of marriage and two beautiful daughters.  We have so many fond memories here with all the Carey's and the gracious hospitality of the Osborne's.  Our stay is always so very comfortable, truly our 'home away from home.'  The only decision we need to make is whether to take Apt. T, or Apartment A or the cottage, everything else just falls into place.  We love coming here and look forward to seeing you evey year.

Each year we look forward to our Ocean City Vacation and staying at Osborne's makes it more special.  Morning coffee on the deck, being able to walk to the beach and boardwalk and a home like atmosphere.  Three generationsof us are here now and we all love it!

When I was a kid I would come to Ocean City for a week every year with my family.  As I got older I would come down with my buddies and that's when I met the Osborne's.  We moved sofabeds for Peggy Ann, picked up furniture since I had a truck, and being a graphic designer, I got to design the official Osborne Fairview Inn brochure.  I always felt like part of the extended Osborne family.  When it was time for me to propose, I wanted to come to Ocean City so my wife could begin to experience great memories here as well and of course we'd be staying at the Osborne's.  We've been coming back every year.  So I'd like to thank the entire Osborne clan for being such nice friends and of course for all the memories.  Incidentally, now we have beautiful twin daughters to join us.

Osborne Fairview Inn is such a wonderful, warm, and homey place.  What a great find! Peggy Ann and Frank and their children make it that way.  You never have had a problem that you could not talk to them about.  They listen to you.

I look forward to coming down in the summer, hoping they will start renting in the winter.  Thanks again Peggy Ann and Frank and children for giving our family many happy memories.

The first memory that comes to mind is the third generation Barnes' visit to the 15th Street beach.  The introduction of the ocean water and sand was an amazing treat.  To see the excitement in all our faces was all we needed to know and understand how important it is to take time together in such a wonderful place.

The second memory would be walking on the boardwalk for the first time with our son Brian.  This was hopefully the first of many vacations for our Family in Ocean City.  Being so young it was great to see how Brian was amazed by the sounds, lights, and all the people.  It had us thinking all the time about what exactly was going on in his little mind.  Now years later we are joined by our daughter, Katie.  We anticipate making this an annual vacation for our family.

Henry and I started coming here in 1980 (I think).  We came in September with a church youth group.  We were counselors.  It was the first time I had ever been to a beach or ocean.  We had a great time.  I think that weekend our church group had the whole house.  Ever since then we've tried to come back to Osborne's either with the church group or family.  We absolutely love Ocean City and we love the Osborne Family.

I've been staying at Osborne's ever since my sister Peggy introduced me to them about twelve years ago.  It's great to stay at a place where the people make you feel welcome and at home.  Ocean City and the Osborne's go together and it is truly a 'vacation home.'  I enjoy coming to Ocean City just to sit on the beach all day and read books.  Going out for evening meals is a real treat.  Luigi's spaghetti is one meal I always have when here in O.C.  My sister Peggy and I have enjoyed a week every summer at Osborne's and we hope to continue the tradition.

We have been coming down to the Osborne's since 1996.  My family has grown every year at Ocean City.  Every year, my Mom, my sister and I stayed in Room 2, until this year when Peggy was able to put us in Apartment A since her children had gone home.  We are always the last person to sign in and have traditions we still follow to this day.  Some of those traditions are walking to Wawa on our razars, coming down even if it's raining, getting sweatshirts on the boardwalk, getting black and white photos made, meeting Irish people in the rain, and getting presents from Peggy for helping her and for just being who we are.  Thanks for all the memories and making us feel like a part of your Family.

Memories of Ocean City definitely center around 'Osborne's' our Ocean City home and adopted family!! We feel truly blessed to have met this wonderful crew.  Our first visit was somewhere around the summer of '94.  We've lost track of the years but never the fact tht this is part of our summer.  We all stayed in what is now Frank and Peggy Ann's room.  Even though they were booked they made it work for us.  We've found that to always be true.  It just seems to always work at the Osborne's whether in an apt. or room.  We love the honesty and flexibility of the family.  Apt. A gave us a much needed retreat from the chaos of the world after Sept. 11th.   We will forever count our blessings to be a part of 'Osborne's.'  You are truly wonderful people with an extraordinary place and ability to make beautiful memories for all who are lucky enough to come in contact with you.

Not a day goes by that someone doesn't say ' I can't wait to go down the shore.'  Each of the kids discusses the first walk to the beach and supplies they need to bury each other in the sand.  Most of our conversations are at the dinner table recalling funny times we've shared over the past years.  The most hilarious being the time we all bought the best French fries on the boardwalk, only to have the sea gulls attack and most of the fries hit the deck.

Thank you Peggy Ann for giving me the excitement of something to look forward to.

My memories of Ocean City began in 1972 when our family came to Ocean City for a week's vacation.  Our daughter, Lori, was twelve and our son Greg was eleven and our youngest son, Tim was six.  We have many fond memories of our children at Wonderland, playing minature golf, biking on the boardwalk early in the morning, and swimming and sunbathing at the beach.  We always took walks at night on the boardwalk and enjoyed all the activities...the tradition.  Greg now has a son and he is continuing the tradition of Ocean City.  Logan is two and a half years old and has already been to Ocean City eight times.  We actually heard about the Inn from Greg a few years ago and he highly recommended it.  Peggy Ann and her family are very warm and friendly.  It is always a pleasure to spend time here with its relaxing and pleasant atmosphere and we look forward to it each year.
