We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Osborne's Inn. Peggy Ann and Frank Osborne are friendly, gracious hosts.

Pros:
- The location of the Inn is wonderful... read more with a less than 2 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk.
- The Inn provided us with parking and beach tags.
- The Inn and rooms are very well maintained and clean.
- We had our own private bath, TV, and refrigerator.
- Restaurants are located within a 5-15 minute walk depending on what you feel like eating.
- On the day of checkout, we were allowed to keep our parking spots and beach badges for the duration of the day until we left. And there are even outside showers, you could use to clean up before sadly bidding adieu to Ocean City.

Cons:
- For the small room we had, the rate we paid seemed steep. But given that it is peak tourist season, it seemed to be the going rate at the other smaller motels in the area as well.
- They accept check or cash only and a 50% deposit by check prior to arrival.
- It's been a long time since I wrote out a check for anything, but I gladly obliged and mailed the check. Unfortunately, I made the check out to "Osborne's Inn" (which would be the obvious choice) and once we arrived, I was told the check needed to be made out to Peggy Ann Osborne. I found it strange they could not cash a check made out to the Inn. In any rate, we had to hunt down a bank and withdraw the funds to cover the deposit.

  We have been there twice and and loved the friendliness of this family establishment. We will be going back next year!

The Inn is a short hop to the boardwalk and a pleasant stroll from the business blocks on Asbury Avenue. I didn't think it was possible to stay for one night in the height of the season, and we were so delighted that she was able to accommodate us! The inn is warm and cozy, and you feel like you are part of the family! Rooms are so charming and clean. There is coffee in the morning and beach tags and parking are included. We were also able to stay past check out time and use the beach tags for the rest if the day! Also were able to remain in our parking spot for the rest of the day and use the outdoor shower to freshen up before leaving. This is truly a great place. There are not too many of these charming guest houses left and it is a true gem. The family really cares about your comfort and that you have a relaxing stay. The front porch is beautiful to just chill out and relax. We will be coming back! A hidden gem! Thank you to this wonderful family for a great getaway!

Best of all, the multigenerational family who run the Inn, are a throwback to the days when customer service was every businesses top priority .
